Would you like to book an exclusive tour of the Roman Villa in Negrar? You have come to the right place.
Our winery offers an experience tailored not only to wine lovers, but also to archaeology enthusiasts!
Transfer via van from the Franchini winery (3 min) to the archaeological site at Cortesele di Villa, where the the Roman Villa (from the III century A.D.) was discovered.
Guided tour of the site (max 30 min) with a glass of “Candidvs” IGT Veneto Bianco.
Return to our historical winery and guided tour (20 min).
Tasting of 3 wines (Valpolicella, Amarone and Recioto) with a dedicated meal: a modern take on Roman-era dish, with a selection of aged cheeses and some ” pisota sulla greola ” (a kind of local flatbread, sweet or salty).
The experience is available Monday to Saturday (Tuesday closed) at 10:30 a.m., by reservation only.
